Invoking voc-get

A brief invoking synopsis is provided by voc-get --help:

     Usage: voc-get COMMAND DBFILE
         OR voc-get OPTION
     Options:
       -h, --help                 display this help and exit
       -v, --version              output version information and exit
     Commands:
       learn                      learn vocabulary
       modify                     modify the database
     

The commands are not processed yet, but an existing argument is required.
